Be prepared to wait over an hour & watch the employees have no sense of urgency at all! The employees are so slow & nonchalant it’s so irritating. There should be a designated person just for exchanging equipment & then once they’re done with everyone who’s doing that then they move on to whoever is on the list. Making someone wait this long for something that takes two minutes is actually so stupid. FIND A MORE EFFICIENT SYSTEM ASAP!!!!

I don’t often write reviews but this could not go without recognition. I have never been received better service in my entire life. Esme spent so much time with me dealing with many different people from multiple different companies to help get my same number and line transferred. It was an impossible task that she handled with the upmost professionalism. Will be coming back and highly recommend to everyone in the area

My interactions with the staff at this location have, without a doubt, been the best experience I have ever had with the team at a telecommunications service provider. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and extremely supportive of each customer inside the store. The number of customers ebbed and flowed from a sprinkling to a lot, but the staff was patient and focused on whomever they were assisting. I was there for a while as they were trying to find me the best offer possible. (AND THEY DID!!!) A special thanks to Charles and Catawba. You both rock!

I visited this location as I had been here before for a previous mobile line and had good service. As I failed to make an online appt this time (highly recommended), I had to wait about 30 minutes to be helped. James ended up being the employee who assisted me. I cannot say enough about how helpful he was...made me feel like Spectrum actually appreciated me as a customer! He quickly handled what I came in for, and had me on my way with another phone and new line in less than 15 minutes!...no upsaling, etc..., just good, attentive service. Please note...this is a busy location, so I highly recommend making the online appointment (which I used on my first visit)...it gives you priority over walk-ins and will substantially reduce your wait time.

Terrible customer service! I had a defective cable box, I came into the spectrum office at the mall and checked in. Six employees, 4, standing around with hands in pockets. I'm still waiting after 30 minutes. A woman (supervisor) comes over asking me what I needed, I told her the cable box went out last night, I unplugged for 30 minutes, and it worked again. Turned it on in the morning, and the box was not working. I told her all I need is a Box replacement, pretty simple. She said you will be seen soon ( really? I can see my name on the screen 12 down). She walks around and asks everyone waiting. The same question and gives them the same answer. WHY DIDN'T SHE JUST GO TO THE CLOSET AND GET A NEW BOX?? PRETTY SIMPLE !! Waiting 10 more minutes, another "supervisor " (Traci Thomas) comes over ( after seeing me take pictures and typing this review), and she asked me what I needed. I told her the same story, and she said, "Someone will be with you soon." I said there are 4 people standing there doing nothing," she said they are "training. " Traci could have very easily gone over to the closet where they keep replacement boxes and got me a replacement box. But no!! She ju
